Attorney

Will joined Kaplan Law Firm as a law clerk in 2025, and now practices as an Associate Attorney from Austin, Texas. He serves clients nationwide.

Will represents workers in all kinds of employment matters, including wage theft, discrimination, whistleblower protection, and retaliation. He also represents individuals in civil rights cases involving police misconduct.



While still in law school, Will practiced employment and civil rights law through his clinical work. At the Equal Justice Center, he represented low-wage, immigrant workers in a variety of employment matters, including unpaid wage and human trafficking cases. During his time at his school’s Civil Rights Clinic, he represented indigent clients fighting against injustice within the Texas penal system. Before law school, Will was proud to work for the Center for Child Protection, where he assisted survivors of child abuse.

Will earned his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law and his B.A. in History from Skidmore College. In law school, he served as an Associate Editor of the Texas Law Review, where he published work on ethics violations at the U.S. Supreme Court.

In his practice, Will takes a client-centered approach. He knows that most people come to him during one of the most challenging stretches of their lives, and he prioritizes making them feel heard and understood as a result.
