Will Panuska

Law Clerk

Will is a law clerk at Kaplan Law Firm, where he supports the Firm’s work representing plaintiffs in employment and civil rights matters. He is currently completing his J.D. from the University of Texas at Austin School of Law. During his clinical work while in law school, Will has represented undocumented immigrants in employment and human trafficking cases, as well as plaintiffs in civil rights cases. Will also serves as an Associate Editor of the Texas Law Review, where he is currently publishing work on ethics violations at the Supreme Court. Before law school, Will worked at the Center for Child Protection, where he assisted survivors of abuse.
