Will Panuska

Law Clerk

Will is a law clerk at Kaplan Law Firm, where he supports the Firm's work representing plaintiffs in employment and civil rights matters. He completed his J.D. from the University of Texas at Austin School of Law and is awaiting licensure as an attorney. During his clinical work while in law school, Will has represented undocumented immigrants in employment and human trafficking cases, as well as plaintiffs in civil rights cases. Will also served as an Associate Editor of the Texas Law review, where he published work on ethics violations at the Supreme Court. Before law school, Will worked at the Center for Child Protection, where he assisted survivors of abuse.
