Galicia is the Client Intake Specialist at Kaplan Law Firm. As a Texas native, she is passionate about serving her community and helping others navigate life's difficult circumstances.

After earning her degree in Public Relations from the University of North Texas, she frequently attended and volunteered at local nonprofit events. These experiences as well as a background in administrative support, client relations and marketing inspired her to pursue helping others in the legal field. She is committed to making every client feel heard, supported, and cared for from their first interaction at Kaplan.
